The restaurant equipment offered for sale as one lot on July 29th did NOT sell, therefore the sellers have commissioned Action Auction Co. LLC to sell at ABSOLUTE AUCTION all of the equipment and supplies that were offered on July 29th , this time as individual pieces or lots. A complete inventory list will be added to this post so check back frequently. A catalog will be provided to all buyers at the beginning of the auction. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: There is NO buyers premium. Each bidder must register to bid. Payment to be by cash, Visa/MasterCard debit or credit card. Credit/debit card payments will have an additional 3.5% added. Checks MAY be used if the buyer is personally known to the seller or the auctioneer or has a bank letter of credit and has been approved prior to bidding. All items purchased must be removed not later than Sunday, August 20th. Buyers must provide their own help and/or loading equipment. A pallet jack is available for use in the building and on the premises but may NOT be removed from the premises.
